Your total compensation statement calculates the overall value of the retirement, health care, tuition, and the other benefits that you received for the 2008 calendar year. (Please note that statements for 2007 are no longer available.)

Who Receives a Total Compensation Statement?

University employees who were actively employed and receiving benefits at the end of the 2008 calendar year can view a total compensation statement.

Your username is your University Internet ID (X.500).

• The first time you login:

  Your password is the last four digits of your Social Security number combined with your four-digit year of birth. For example, if your Social Security number is 111-11-1234 and your date of birth is January 1, 1948, your password would be 12341948.

  After successfully logging in the first time, you will be immediately asked to change your password to a permanent password of your choice.

  Use your permanent password.
