2009 W-2 Forms
W-2 Forms for 2009 will be mailed by January 31. Duplicate 2009 W-2 Forms can be requested through the "Request a Reissued W-2" self-service action after that date.
Benefits Enrollment for Mac/Safari Users
Safari 3.x and greater may not work well with Benefits Enrollment. If you have trouble with this browser, please use another version of Safari or another browser to enroll for benefits.
Help with Internet ID and Passwords
Call 1-HELP (612-301-4357) if you need help with the ID or password for your University internet account. Passwords cannot be reset by e-mail. Internet account assistance is provided by Academic and Distributed Computing Services (ADCS).
